I just wanted to let everyone know the amount of personal attention that Carter has paid to me and my neighbor when something beyond his control and responsibility has occurred to our houses. We have owned our Carter home for 3 1/2 years and asked Carter come by twice in 3 days to help us out when we had a flood due to a burned out sump pump. This is unheard of when builders sell a home, usually you get an answer that there is nothing they can do and you are on your own. Carter was there to help within a few hours of my call and was very helpful in trying to assess the problem and oversee the situation. This is not normal and we appreciate the time he has spent with us well outside of our home warranty. I have recommended Carter to a neighbor who wanted a design rebuild of their current home, who was impressed with the quality of our home. I’m not bragging but our neighbors all comment on the quality and detail that they wish their builders had put into their new homes. I cannot recommend Carter strongly enough to anyone who is looking for a new home or a builder for a custom home. I have been to some of Carter’s other new homes and I am consistently impressed with his design, quality and attention to detail. Enough said.
