“I think what impresses us the most, besides the quality workmanship, attention to detail and extreme customer focus was the level of pride and ownership demonstrated by everyone involved in the process. A few weeks after we moved in and a few weeks before the birth of our first child a huge storm was approaching Bethesda. The day before the storm, while everyone was stockpiling water and toilet paper, Carter came over to check on things for us and show us some things we may need to know should the power go out. How thoughtful!”
